ROVII-22Pursuant to Section 6, Rule IV of the Amended Rules of Procedure on Minimum Wage Fixing and Section 24 of Wage Order No. ROVII-22, the following Rules are hereby issued for guidance and compliance by all concerned.RULE IGeneral ProvisionsSECTION 1. Title. — The Rules shall be known as the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Wage Order No. ROVII-22.SECTION 2. Definition of Terms. — As used in this rules:a) Order means Wage Order No. ROVII-22.b) Commission refers to the National Wages and Productivity Commission.
