October 29, 1992CLARIFICATORY BULLETIN NO. 001-92WAR RISK AGREEMENT FOR BEIRUT, TRIPOLI AND SIDON IN LEBANONIn view of the termination of the war risk agreement on Beirut, Tripoli and Sidon in Lebanon by the Norwegian Shipping and Offshore Federation (ASO) as early as April 22, 1991, and considering queries from the manning sector whether such termination has been adopted by this Administration, it is hereby clarified that POEA accepts the war risk agreement negotiated by ASO and such declaration shall apply to Filipino seafarers.
