Under the scheme, Filipinos may avail of the 85% discount rate, which means he will only pay 15% of his total immigration penalties.The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia which has jurisdiction over Yemen advised all concerned Filipinos with outstanding immigration penalties to contact the office of the Philippine Honorary Consul in Yemen.Filipinos can visit the Philippine Consulate in Sana'a Hadda area Damascus Street, Sana'a, Republic of Yemen for more information.
