- The President of the Philippines, Manuel L. Quezon, allots the following frequencies and wavelengths to the United Press Associations for wireless transmission of wordage, pictures, or other matter intended for publication in the public press or by means of broadcast radionews to designated points:
• 7,485 Kcs. (38.24 m) for Hongkong (Section 1)
• 9,895 Kcs. (30.32 m) for Shanghai (Section 1)
• 14,800 Kcs (20.27 m) for Singapore (Section 1)
• 15,700 Kcs. (19.10 m) for San Francisco, U.S.A. (Section 1)

- The authority granted does not authorize the United Press Associations to establish and/or operate radio stations under Act No. 3846, as amended by Commonwealth Act No. 365. (Section 2)

MALACAÑANG PALACEManila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES Proclamation No. 360 ALLOTTING FREQUENCIES AND WAVELENGTHS TO THE UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATIONS AND ISSUING A LICENSE FOR THE USE THEREOF. By virtue of the powers granted me by section five of Commonwealth Act Numbered Three hundred eighty-seven, I, Manuel L. Quezon, President of the Philippines, do hereby allot to the United Press Associations the following frequencies and wavelengths, and license it to use such frequencies and wavelengths for the wireless transmission of wordage, picture, or other matter intended for publication, either in the public press or by means of broadcast radionews to points designated: 7,485 Kcs. (38.24 m) Hongkong 9,895 Kcs. (30.32 m) Shanghai 14,800 Kcs (20.27 m) Singapore 15,700 Kcs. (19.10 m) San Francisco, U. S. A.
