By virtue of the powers granted me by section five of Commonwealth Act Numbered Three hundred eighty-seven, I, Manuel L. Quezon, President of the Philippines, do hereby allot to the United Press Associations the following frequencies and wavelengths, and license it to use such frequencies and wavelengths for the wireless transmission of wordage, picture, or other matter intended for publication, either in the public press or by means of broadcast radionews to points designated: 7,485 Kcs.
