Amendments to Commonwealth Act No. 542 and Republic Act No. 4375 regarding the Girl Scouts of the Philippines:

    - Representatives from various government agencies (Section V)
    - The President of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines (Section V)
    - One Senior Girl Scout from each Girl Scout Region (Section V)

- Establishes an Executive Committee composed of officers and chairpersons of Standing Committees to implement policies and decisions of the National Council and Central Board. (Section 6)
- Creates a National Council as a forum for guidelines, directions, and evaluation of the Girl Scout Movement, composed of Central Board members, Council Presidents or representatives, and elected delegates from each Council. (Section VII)
