EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 144 December 14, 1993 AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 84, DATED APRIL 24, 1993, WHICH CREATED A PRESIDENTIAL COMMISSION TO FORMULATE SHORT AND LONG-TERM PLANS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF TAGAYTAY CITY AND ITS ADJACENT MUNICIPALITIES, AND THE TAAL VOLCANO ISLAND AND ITS SURROUNDING COASTAL MUNICIPALITIES By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Executive Order No. 84, dated April 24, 1993, which created a Presidential Commission to formulate short and long-term plans for the area covered therein, by including the Municipalities of Mataas na Kahoy, Cuenca, Alitagtag, Sta. Teresita, Lemery, Taal Volcano Island, and Lipa City in the Province of Batangas in its coverage.
