Amending Presidential Decree Numbered Seven Hundred Seventy-Eight By Inserting a New Section Six After Section Five Thereof

MALACAÑANGM a n i l a PRESIDENTIAL DECREE No. 1025 AMENDING PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NUMBERED SEVEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-EIGHT BY INSERTING A NEW SECTION SIX AFTER SECTION FIVE THEREOF I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by the Constitution, in order to effect minor amendments to existing law and to correct typographical errors therein, do hereby order and decree the following: Section 1. A new Section Six is hereby inserted after Section Five of Presidential Decree No. 778 which shall read as follows: "SECTION 6. The Secretary of Finance shall issue the rules and regulations for the proper and effective implementation of this Decree." Section 2. Section Six of the same Decree is hereby renumbered as Section Seven. Section 3. This Decree shall take effect immediately. Done in the City of Manila, this 22nd day of September in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and seventy-six.
