MALACAÑANGManila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES Proclamation No. 332 AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 295, DATED DECEMBER 12, 1951. By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, and in accordance with the representations of the Embassy of the United States of America and the Department of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Philippines, I, ELPIDIO QUIRINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 295, dated December 12, 1951, so as to reserve the five (5) parcels of land therein described for the GOVERNMENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA instead of the UNITED STATES ARMY. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed. Don in the City of Manila, this 4th day of August, in the year of Oar Lord, nineteen hundred and fifty-two, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the seventh.
