Proclamation No. 494
AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 324, DATED JULY 10, 1930
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce, I hereby amend Proclamation Numbered Three hundred twenty-four, dated July sixteen, nineteen hundred and thirty, so as to read as follows:
Pursuant to the provisions of Section Eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred forty-one, commonly known as the Public Land Act, as amended, I hereby reserve under the administration of the Provincial Government of Pampanga and the supervision of the Bureau of Public Works for rock quarry purposes, subject to private rights if any there be, and withdraw from sale or settlement the foLowing described parcel of the public domain situated in the barrio of Gatiawin, municipality of Arayat, Province of Pampanga, Island of Luzon, and described in Bureau of Lands plan Ir-300-Amd. to wit:
Lot No. 1.Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Ir-300-Amd.-3, N. 18° 41′ E. 856.26 m., more or less, from B. B. M. No. 44, Arayat...
