Proclamation No. 45
AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 33, DATED JULY 24, 1926, WHICH RESERVED FOR MUNICIPAL BUILDING SITE THE TWO PARCELS OF LAND DESCRIBED THEREIN.
Upon the recommendation of the Director of the Bureau of non-Christian Tribes and the Director of Public Works, concurred in by the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce, I hereby amend Proclamation Numbered Thirty-three, dated July twenty-fourth, nineteen hundred and twenty-six, to read as follows:
"Pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-one of Act Numbered Twenty-eight hundred and seventy-four, as amended by Act Numbered Thirty-two hundred and nineteen, I hereby reserve for market site purposes, subject to private rights if any there be, and withdraw from sale or settlement the following-described parcels of the public domain situated in the Poblacion, Municipal District of Kiangan, Mountain Province, Island of Luzon, and described in Bureau of Lands plan Pr-99, to wit:
"Parcel 5.Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Pr-99, S. 49ْ 03 E. 311.18 m. from B. L. L....

Proclamation No. 45
Amending Proclamation No. 33 to Reserve Land for Market Site Purposes
- Reserves two parcels of land in Poblacion, Municipal District of Kiangan, Mountain Province, Island of Luzon, for market site purposes, subject to private rights if any. (Section 81 of Act No. 2874, as amended by Act No. 3219)
Parcel 5:
- Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Pr-99, with specific coordinates and bearings provided.
- Containing an area of 3,432 square meters.
- Bounded by provincial roads, property of Carlos Cadamon, and lot No. 6.
Parcel 6:
- Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Pr-99, with specific coordinates and bearings provided.
- Containing an area of 1,486 square meters.
- Bounded by roads, provincial road, lot No. 5, and property of Joaquin Cadamon et al., claimed by Carlos Cadamon.
- Lot No. 6 is entirely inside of Bsd-333, lot-B, as surveyed for Joaquin Cadamon et al.
- Bearings are true, with a declination of 0° 10' E.
- All corners are marked by Bureau of Lands plan Pr-99, sheet No. 4, with stone monuments measuring 15 by 60 cms.
- Surveyed on August 29, 1924, and approved on December 9, 1925.
- Reserves two parcels of land in Poblacion, Municipal District of Kiangan, Mountain Province, Island of Luzon, for market site purposes, subject to private rights if any. (Section 81 of Act No. 2874, as amended by Act No. 3219)
