Proclamation No. 275
AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 569, DATED APRIL 6, 1933
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce, I hereby amend Proclamation Numbered Five hundred and sixty-nine, dated April sixth, nineteen hundred and thirty-three, to read as follows:
"Pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-one of Act Numbered Twenty-eight hundred and seventy-four, as amended, I hereby reserve, under the administration of the Director of Education, for school purposes. Subject to private rights if any there be, and withdraw from sale or settlement the following-described parcel of the public domain, situated in the Poblacion, municipality of Rizal, Province of Cagayan, Island of Luzon, and described in Bureau of Lands plan Mr-238-Amd, to wit:
"Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-238-Amd., N. 7° 58 W. 155.21 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 1, municipality of rizal, thence s. 61° 27 W. 91.31 m. to point 2; N. 32° 13 w. 69.67 m. to point 3; N....
