MALACAÑANGManila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES Proclamation No. 285 AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 687, DATED FEBRUARY 27, 1941, ENTITLED "RESERVING FOR BOY SCOUT HEADQUARTERS AND LIBRARY SITE PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BUSINESS SECTION C, CITY OF BAGUIO, ISLAND OF LUZON." By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, Elpidio Quirino, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 687, dated February 27, 1941, so as to place the land therein reserved under the administration of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
