Proclamation No. 103
AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 71
The first paragraph of Proclamation Numbered Seventy-one dated July twenty-third, nineteen hundred and thirty-six, is hereby amended so as to read as follows:
"Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eight of Act Numbered Twenty-eight hundred and seventy-four, as amended, I hereby withdraw from settlement or disposition except for mining purposes all unsurveyed lands of the public domain with the exception of those which are classified to be more suitable for residential, commercial, or industrial purposes."
In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Commonwealth of the Philippines to be affixed.
Done at the City of Manila, this twenty-eighth day of October, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and thirty-six and of the Commonwealth of the Philippines, the first.
