AMENDING PROCLAMATION NUMBERED FOUR HUNDRED ELEVEN SERIES OF NINETEEN HUNDRED AND THIRTY-ONE, ESTABLISHING THE LOPEZ WATERSHED FOREST RESERVE.

Upon recommendation of the Director of Forestry, approved by the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce, and pursuant to the provisions of section eighteen hundred and twenty-six of Act Numbered Twenty-seven hundred and eleven, known as the Revised Administrative Code, I, Manuel L. Quezon, President of the Philippines, hereby amend Proclamation Numbered Four hundred and eleven, series of nineteen hundred and thirty-one, by changing the boundaries of the Lopez Watershed Forest Reserve, situated in the municipalities of Calauag and Guinayangan, Province of Tayabas, Island of Luzon, and described on Bureau of Forestry Map No. F. R. 29-1, to wit:

Beginning at corner 1, a danlig tree, 60 cm. in diam.r marked C. R. 1293/77, identical to corner 1, Lopez Watershed Reservation, Lopez, Tayabas (FR-29) which is S. 48°. about 3,200 meters from Barrio Yaganak, Calauag, Tayabas; thence following Suja Creek, upstream, about 420 meters to...

This proclamation amends Proclamation No. 411 of 1931 by changing the boundaries of the Lopez Watershed Forest Reserve located in the municipalities of Calauag and Guinayangan, Province of Tayabas, Island of Luzon.

The new boundaries are described in detail, with specific coordinates, tree markers, and distances provided for each corner point. The amended area now includes an additional 215.38 hectares of adjoining public forest, bringing the total area to 418.0000 hectares.

The legal basis for this amendment is Section 1826 of Act No. 2711, known as the Revised Administrative Code.
