MALACAÑAN PALACEMANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 17 AMENDING SECTION 3 OF EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 82, INSTITUTIONALIZING THE LEGACY OF THE EDSA PEOPLE POWER REVOLUTION BY CREATING AN EDSA PEOPLE POWER COMMISSION TO PERPETUATE AND PROPAGATE THE SPIRIT OF EDSA WHEREAS, Executive Order No. 82.
