Executive Order No. 22

EXECUTIVE ORDER No. 22
Executive Order Numbered Nine, series of nineteen hundred and eleven, as amended by Executive Orders Numbered Eighteen and Twenty-seven series of nineteen hundred and eleven, is hereby further amended to read as follows:
"J. C. Melan, chief of the department of sanitation and transportation, city of Manila; Warwick Greene, Director of Public Works; and E.G. Shields, Purchasing Agent are hereby appointed a committee to examine the question of Government transportation, both horse and automobile and to submit its report and recommendations thereon. All chiefs of Bureaus and Offices are hereby directed to assist this committee.
