AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF LIBOTON STREET IN THE CITY OF NAGA, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR TO M.T. VILLANUEVA AVENUE
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representative of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. The Department of Libton Street in the CIty of Naga, Province of Camarines Sur shall hereinafter be known as M.T. Villanueva Avenue.
Section 2. The Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.
Section 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
