Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation. (Section 3)

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 11762
AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF PINAGLABANAN HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY PINAGLABANAN, MUNICIPALITY OF GOA, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR TO PINAGLABANAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL
SECTION 1. The name of Pinaglabanan High School in Barangay Pinaglabanan, Municipality of Goa, Province of Camarines Sur is hereby changed to Pinaglabanan National High School.
SECTION 2. The main campus of the Pinaglabanan National High School shall continue to remain in its present location in Barangay Pinaglabanan, Municipality of Goa, Province of Camarines Sur.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
