Location and Personnel
- The office of the district shall be located in the Municipality of Malita. (Section 2)
- It shall have a highway district engineer and other necessary personnel appointed in accordance with existing laws and regulations. (Section 2)
Funding
- The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall include the funding requirements for the operationalization of the Second Highway Engineering District of Davao del Sur in its program in the year following the enactment of this law and thereafter. (Section 3)
Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect upon its approval. (Section 4)

AN ACT CONSTITUTING THE SECOND CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT IN THE PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL SUR INTO A SEPARATE DISTRICT ENGINEERING OFFICE AND PROVIDING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. The second congressional district in the Province of Davao del Sur is hereby constituted into a separate highway engineering district to be known as the Second Highway Engineering District of the Province of Davao del Sur. It shall be composed of the Municipalities of Supol, Kiblawan, Malalag, Sta. Mariam Malita, Don Marcelino, Jose Abad Santos and Sarangani (island-municipality).
