REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10079
AN ACT CONVERTING GIL FERNANDO AVENUE IN BARANGAYS STO. NIñO AND SAN ROQUE, CITY OF MARIKINA INTO A NATIONAL ROAD
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. The Gil Fernando Avenue in barangays Sto. Niño and San Roque, City of Marikina is hereby converted into a national road.
Section 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.
Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
