Conversion of Regional Trial Court Branches
- Seven (7) branches of the Regional Trial Court of Pasig City located in Taguig City are converted into the Regional Trial Court of Taguig City. (Section 1)
- The Supreme Court shall assign the branch numbers of the newly-converted branches. (Section 1)

Operationalization and Funding
- The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, in coordination with the Secretary of the Department of Justice, shall immediately include the operationalization of the converted branches in the Court's program. (Section 2)
- The funding for the operation of the converted branches shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 2)
- Funds shall be appropriated and released only upon the actual organization of the Court(s) and the appointment of its personnel. (Section 2)

Amendment of Laws
- Section 14(d) of Batas Pambansa Blg. 129 (The Judiciary Reorganization Act of 1980) and all other inconsistent laws, rules, and regulations are amended, repealed, or modified accordingly. (Section 3)

Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its complete publication in the Official Gazette or in two (2) newspapers of general circulation. (Section 4)
