- The Alfonso Lista - Aurora Provincial Road traversing barangays Namillangan, Calupaan, San Juan, San Quintin, San Jose and San Marcos in the Municipality of Alfonso Lista, Province of Ifugao is hereby converted into a national road. (Section 1)
- The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provisions of this Act. (Section 2)
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation. (Section 3)

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10092
AN ACT CONVERTING THE ALFONSO LISTA - AURORA PROVINCIAL ROAD IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ALFONSO LISTA, PROVINCE OF IFUGAO INTO A NATIONAL ROAD
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. The Alfonso Lista - Aurora Provincial Road traversing barangays Namillangan, Calupaan, San Juan, San Quintin, San Jose and San Marcos in the Municipality of Alfonso Lista, Province of Ifugao is hereby converted into a national road.
Section 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.
Section 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
