Republic Act No. 9875 AN ACT CONVERTING THE BITAOGAN HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PRESENTACION, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS BITAOGAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled: Section 1. Conversion into a National High School. - The Bitaogan High School in the Municipality of Presentacion, Province of Camarines Sur is hereby converted into a national high school to be known as Bitaogan National High School. Section 2. Transfer of Assets and Liabilities. - All personnel, assets, liabilities and records of the Bitaogan High School are hereby transferred to and absorbed by the Bitaogan National High School.
