Republic Act No. 9800 AN ACT CONVERTING THE BONGABONG-SAGANA-ROXAS-SAN AQUILINO PROVINCIAL ROAD, PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL MINDORO INTO A NATIONAL ROAD Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled: Section 1. The Bongabong-Sagana-Roxas-San Aquilino Provincial Road, Province of Oriental Mindoro is hereby converted into a national road. Section 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act. Section 3.
