REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10014 AN ACT CONVERTING THE CAPAS - SAN JOSE - MAYANTOC - MALACAMPA ROAD IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF CAPAS, SAN JOSE, MAYANTOC AND CAMILING, PROVINCE OF TARLAC INTO A NATIONAL ROAD Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled: Section 1. The Capas - San Jose - Mayantoc - Malacampa Road in the municipalities of Capas, San Jose, Mayantoc and Camiling, Province of Tarlac is hereby converted into a national road. Section 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act. Section 3.
