REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10139 AN ACT CONVERTING THE CONGRESSIONAL ROAD IN NORTH CALOOCAN CITY INTO A NATIONAL ROAD Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representative of the Philippines in Congress assembled: Section 1. The congressional road in North Caloocan City is hereby converted into a national road. Section 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act. Section 3.
