Republic Act No. 9923 AN ACT CONVERTING THE DANAO BARANGAY HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY DANAO, MUNICIPALITY OF JASAAN, PROVINCE OF MISAMIS ORIENTAL INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS DANAO NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled: Section 1. Conversion into a National High School. – The Danao Barangay High School in Barangay Danao, Municipality of Jasaan, Province of Misamis Oriental is hereby converted into a national high school to be known as Danao National High School. Section 2. Transfer of Assets and Liabilities. – All personnel, assets, liabilities and records of the Danao Barangay High School are hereby transferred to and absorbed by the Danao National High School.
