Republic Act No. 9868               December 20, 2009 AN ACT CONVERTING THE DATU LIPUS MAKAPANDONG COMMUNITY HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY POBLACION, MUNICIPALITY OF ROSARIO, PROVINCE OF AGUSAN DEL SUR INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS DATU LIPUS MAKAPANDONG NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representative of the Philippines in Congress assembled: Section 1. Conversion into a National High School. &mdash The Datu Lipus Makapandong Community High School in Barangay Poblacion, Municipality of Rosario, Province of Agusan del Sur is hereby converted into a national high school to be known as Datu Lipus Makapandong National High School. Section 2. Transfer of Assets and Liabilities. &mdash All personnel, assets, liabilities and records of the Datu Lipus Makapandong Community High School are hereby transferred to and absorbed by the Datu Lipus Makapandong National High School.
