Conversion of Judge Jose De Venecia Sr. Memorial National High School into a Technical-Vocational Secondary School
- The Judge Jose De Venecia Sr. Memorial National High School in Barangay Bolosan, City of Dagupan, Province of Pangasinan is converted into a national technical-vocational high school to be known as Judge Jose De Venecia Sr. Technical-Vocational Secondary School. (Section 1)
- All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the former school are transferred to the new technical-vocational secondary school. (Section 2)

Funding and Operationalization
- The Secretary of Education shall immediately include the operationalization of the new technical-vocational secondary school in the Department's program. (Section 3)
- The initial funding shall be charged against the current year's appropriation of the former school. (Section 3)
- Thereafter, the necessary amount for the continued operation of the school shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 3)

Rules and Regulations
- The Secretary of Education shall issue rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act. (Section 4)

Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation. (Section 5)
