REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10041 AN ACT CONVERTING THE LEGANES - STA. BARBARA PROVINCIAL ROAD TRAVERSING THE MUNICIPALITIES OF LEGANES AND STA. BARBARA, PROVINCE OF ILOILO INTO A NATIONAL ROAD Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled: Section 1. The Leganes - Sta. Barbara Provincial Road traversing the municipalities of Leganes and Sta. Barbara, Province of Iloilo is hereby converted into a national road. Section 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act. Section 3.
