REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10015
AN ACT CONVERTING THE MABINAY - AYUNGON PROVINCIAL ROAD IN THE PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL INTO A NATIONAL ROAD
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. The Mabinay - Ayungon Provincial Road in the Province of Negros Oriental is hereby converted into a national road.
Section 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.
Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
