Summary of Republic Act No. 9325Conversion of Malalao Provincial Road into a National Road
- The Malalao Provincial Road in the Municipality of Tabuk, Province of Kalinga is converted into a national road under the supervision of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH). (Section 1)
- The Secretary of the DPWH shall include in its program the improvement, maintenance, and repair of the said road. (Section 2)
- The funding for the improvement, maintenance, and repair of the road shall be included in the Annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 2)
- The Act took effect upon its approval on August 8, 2004. (Section 3)

AN ACT CONVERTING THE MALALAO PROVINCIAL ROAD IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TABUK, PROVINCE OF KALINGA INTO A NATIONAL ROAD AND PROVIDING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. The Malalao Provincial Road in the Municipality of Tabuk, Province of Kalinga is hereby converted into a national road under the supervision of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH).
Section 2. The Secretary of the DPWH shall include in its program the improvement, maintenance and repair of the said road, the funding of which shall be included in the Annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.Approved,
