- The provincial road which starts from Imelda in Zamboanga Sibugay and traverses Bayog and Diplo Kumalarang to Lapuyan and Margosatubig in Zamboanga del Sur is hereby converted into a national road. (Section 1)
- The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provisions of this Act. (Section 2)
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation. (Section 3)

AN ACT CONVERTING THE PROVINCIAL ROAD WHICH STAETS FROM IMELDA IN ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY AND TRAVERSES BAYOG AND DIPLO KUMALARANG TO LAPUYAN AND MARGOSATUBIG IN ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR INTO A NATIONAL ROAD
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. The provincial road which starts from Imelda in Zamboanga Sibugay and traverses Bayog and Diplo Kumalarang to Lapuyan and Margosatubig in Zamboanga del Sur is hereby converted into a national road.
Section 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.
Section 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
