REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10137
AN ACT CONVERTING THE RAWIS - TALISAY PROVINCIAL ROAD, PROVINCE OF NORTHERN SAMAR INTO A NATIONAL ROAD
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representative of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. The Rawis - Talisay Provincial Road in the Municipality of Laoang, Province of Northern Samar is hereby converted into a national road.
Section 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.
Section 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
