REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9156       August 11, 2001 AN ACT CONVERTING THE SAN NARCISO VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN NARCISO, PROVINCE OF QUEZON TO BONDOC PENINSULA TECHNOLOGICAL INSTITUTE AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representative of the Philippines in Congress assembled: Section 1. The San Narciso Vocational High School in the Municipality of San Narciso, Province of Quezon is hereby converted to Bondoc Peninsula Technological Institute. Section 2. The amount necessary for the initial implementation of this Act shall be charged against the current year's appropriation of the San Narciso Vocational High School. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for the continuous operation and maintenance of the Bondoc Peninsula Technological Institute shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
