Republic Act No. 9802 AN ACT CONVERTING THE SILAY-LANTAWAN ROAD IN THE CITY OF SILAY, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL INTO A NATIONAL ROAD Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled: Section 1. The Silay-Lantawan Road in the City of Silay, Province of Negros Occidental is hereby converted into a national road. Section 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act. Section 3.
