Republic Act No. 9838 AN ACT CONVERTING THE TINAWAGAN HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TIGAON, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS TINAWAGAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled: Section 1. Conversion into a National High School. - The Tinawagan High School in the Municipality of Tigaon, Province of Camarines Sur is hereby converted into a national high school to be known as Tinawagan National High School. Section 2. Transfer of Assets and Liabilities. - All personnel, assets, liabilities and records of the Tinawagan High School are hereby transferred to and absorbed by the Tinawagan National High School.
