Summary of Republic Act No. 9838Conversion of Tinawagan High School into a National High School
- The Tinawagan High School in the Municipality of Tigaon, Province of Camarines Sur is converted into a national high school to be known as Tinawagan National High School. (Section 1)
Transfer of Assets and Liabilities
- All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the Tinawagan High School are transferred to and absorbed by the Tinawagan National High School. (Section 2)
Appropriations
- The Secretary of Education shall immediately include the operationalization of the Tinawagan National High School in the Department's program. (Section 3)
- The funding for the Tinawagan National High School shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 3)
Implementation
- The Secretary of Education shall issue rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act. (Section 4)
Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette. (Section 5)

AN ACT CONVERTING THE TINAWAGAN HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TIGAON, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS TINAWAGAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. Conversion into a National High School. - The Tinawagan High School in the Municipality of Tigaon, Province of Camarines Sur is hereby converted into a national high school to be known as Tinawagan National High School.
Section 2. Transfer of Assets and Liabilities. - All personnel, assets, liabilities and records of the Tinawagan High School are hereby transferred to and absorbed by the Tinawagan National High School.
