Creation of Additional Regional Trial Court Branch
- An additional branch of the Regional Trial Court is created to be stationed in the Science City of Muñoz, situated in the Province of Nueva Ecija, in the Third Judicial Region. (Section 1)

Assignment of Branch Number
- The Supreme Court shall assign the branch number of the newly created branch of the Regional Trial Court in the Third Judicial Region. (Section 2)

Operationalization and Funding
- The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, in coordination with the Secretary of the Department of Justice, shall immediately include in the Court's program the operationalization of the additional branch. (Section 3)
- The funding for the operation of the court shall be included in the Annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 3)
- The funds shall be appropriated and released only upon the actual organization of the court and the appointment of its personnel. (Section 3)

Amendment of Existing Laws
- Section 14(c) of Batas Pambansa Blg. 129, otherwise known as "The Judiciary Reorganization Act of 1980", as amended, and all other laws, executive orders, and rules and regulations which are inconsistent with this Act are hereby amended, repealed or modified accordingly. (Section 4)

Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its complete publication in two (2) newspapers of general circulation. (Section 5)
