- Amends Section 29 of Batas Pambansa Blg. 129 (The Judiciary Reorganization Act of 1980) to provide for the following:
- Three branches of the MTCC shall be established in the City of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan. (Section 1)
- The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, in coordination with the Secretary of the Department of Justice, shall immediately include the operationalization of two additional branches of the MTCC in San Jose del Monte, Bulacan in the court's program. (Section 2)
- The funding for the two additional branches shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 2)
- The Act shall take effect upon its approval. (Section 3)

AN ACT CREATING TWO ADDITIONAL BRANCHES OF THE MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS IN CITIES (MTCC) IN THE CITY OF SAN JOSE DEL MONTE, PROVINCE OF BULACAN, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE SECTION 29 OF BATAS PAMBANSA BLG. 129, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS "THE JUDICIARY REORGANIZATION ACT OF 1980", AS AMENDED, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. Sec. 29 of Batas Pambansa Blg. 129, otherwise known as "The Judiciary Reorganization Act of 1980", as amended, is hereby further amended to read as follows:
"Sec. 29. Municipal Trial Courts in Cities. - In every city which does not form part of a metropolitan area there shall be a Municipal Trial Court with one branch except as hereunder provided:
