Republic Act No. 9413 &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp March 24, 2007 AN ACT DECLARING APRIL 3 OF EVERY YEAR A SPECIAL NON-WORKING HOLIDAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LUISIANA, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA TO CELEBRATE THE "ARAW NG LUBUSANG KALAYAAN BILANG BAYAN NG LUISIANA, LAGUNA" AND THE "PANDANAN FESTIVAL" Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled: Section 1. April 3 of every year is hereby declared a special nonworking holiday in the Municipal1ty of Luisiana. Province of Laguna to celebrate the "Araw ng Lubusang Kalayaan Bilang Bayan ng Luisiana, Laguna" and the "Pandanan Festival". Section 2. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its complete publication in at least two newspapers of general circulation in the Philippines.
