REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9089       April 08, 2001 AN ACT DECLARING DECEMBER 15 OF EACH YEAR AS NAGA CITY CHARTER DAY AND A SPECIAL WORKING PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF NAGA IN ORDER TO COMMEMORATE THE ANNIVERSARY OF THE SAID CITY Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled: Section 1. In order to commemorate the charter anniversary of the City of Naga, December 15 of each year is hereby declared as Naga City Charter Day and a special working public holiday in the said city.
