- June 23 of every year is declared as a special working holiday and no class day in schools in the City of Bacoor to commemorate its anniversary as a City. (Section 1)
- For work performed on a special working holiday, an employee is entitled to his/her regular wage. (Section 2)
- The Act took effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in two (2) newspapers of general circulation. (Section 3)

REPUBLIC ACT No. 10814 AN ACT DECLARING JUNE 23 OF EVERY YEAR AS A SPECIAL WORKING HOLIDAY AND NO CLASS DAY IN SCHOOLS IN THE CITY OF BACOOR TO COMMEMORATE ITS ANNIVERSARY AS A CITY Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled: SECTION 1. June 23 of every year is hereby declared as a special working holiday and no class day in schools in the City of Bacoor to commemorate its anniversary as a City. SECTION 2. For work performed on a special working holiday, an employee is entitled to his/her regular wage. SECTION 3.
