AN ACT DECLARING SEPTEMBER 10 OF EVERY YEAR A SPECIAL NONWORKING HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF SAN JOSE DEL MONTE, PROVINCE OF BULACAN TO BE KNOWN AS THE "FOUNDATION DAY OF THE CITY OF SAN JOSE DEL MONTE"

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. September 10 of every year is hereby declared to be a special nonworking holiday in the City of San Jose del Monte, Province of Bulacan to commemorate its founding day and to be known as The "Foundation Day of the City of San Jose del Monte".

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Summary of Republic Act No. 9750

Declaring a Special Non-Working Holiday
- September 10 of every year is declared a special non-working holiday in the City of San Jose del Monte, Province of Bulacan. (Section 1)
- The holiday is to commemorate the founding day of the City of San Jose del Monte and shall be known as the "Foundation Day of the City of San Jose del Monte". (Section 1)
