Division of Barangay Muzon
- Barangay Muzon in San Jose del Monte, Bulacan is divided into four separate barangays: Barangay Muzon Proper, Barangay Muzon East, Barangay Muzon West, and Barangay Muzon South. (Section 1)
- The territorial boundaries of each new barangay are defined with technical descriptions and coordinates. (Section 2)

Conduct and Supervision of Plebiscite
- The Commission on Elections (COMELEC) shall conduct and supervise a plebiscite in Barangay Muzon within 90 days from the effectivity of this Act. (Section 3)
- The expenses for the plebiscite shall be borne by the City of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan. (Section 3)

Special Election of Barangay Officials
- The first set of officials for the newly created barangays shall be elected not later than 90 days from the approval of the plebiscite. (Section 4)
- The special election shall be conducted and supervised by the COMELEC. (Section 4)
- The expenses for the special election shall be borne by the City of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan. (Section 4)

Incumbent Barangay Officials
- The incumbent barangay officials of Barangay Muzon shall continue to hold office until the officials of the newly created barangays have been duly elected and qualified. (Section 5)

Public Infrastructure and Facilities
- All existing public infrastructure and facilities shall be transferred without cost or compensation to and shall be administered by the new barangays. (Section 6)

National Tax Allotment Shares
- All newly created barangays shall be entitled to the National Tax Allotment (NTA) shares pursuant to Section 285 of Republic Act No. 7160 (Local Government Code of 1991), as amended. (Section 7)

Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation. (Section 8)
