THEREBY REPEALING REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9089, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled: Section 1. In order to communicate the charter anniversary of the City of Naga, June 18 each year is hereby declared as Naga City Charter Day and a special nonworking holiday in the said city. Section 2.
