- A district office of the Land Transportation Office (LTO) is hereby established in the City of General Trias, Province of Cavite. (Section 1)
Operationalization and Funding
- The Secretary of Transportation shall immediately include in the Department's programs the operationalization of the LTO district office in the City of General Trias, Province of Cavite. (Section 2)
- The funding for the operationalization shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 2)
Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation. (Section 3)

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 11769
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A DISTRICT OFFICE OF THE LAND TRANSPORTATION OFFICE (LTO) IN THE CITY OF GENERAL TRIAS, PROVINCE OF CAVITE AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. A district office of the Land Transportation Office (LTO) is hereby established in the City of General Trias, Province of Cavite.
SECTION 2. The Secretary of Transportation shall immediately include in the Department's programs the operationalization of the LTO district office in the City of General Trias, Province of Cavite, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
