Summary of Republic Act No. 9555Establishment of a National High School
- A national high school is established in Barangay Balete, Municipality of Kayapa, Province of Nueva Vizcaya, to be known as Napo-Tuyak National High School. (Section 1)
- The school will be under the supervision of the Department of Education.
Appropriations
- The Secretary of Education shall immediately include the operationalization of Napo-Tuyak National High School in the Department's program. (Section 2)
- The funding for the school shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Implementation
- The Secretary of Education shall issue rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act. (Section 3)
Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette. (Section 4)

AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY BALETE, MUNICIPALITY OF KAYAPA, PROVINCE OF NUEVA VIZCAYA TO BE KNOWN AS NAPO-TUYAK NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representative of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. Establishment of a National High School. - There is hereby established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, a national high school in Barangay Balete, Municipality of Kayapa, Province of Nueva Vizcaya to be known as Napo-Tuyak National High School.
Section 2. Appropriations. - The Secretary of Education shall immediately include in the Department's program the operationalization of Napo-Tuyak National High School, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
