AN ACT DECLARING MARCH 21 OF EVERY YEAR AS A SPECIAL NONWORKING HOLIDAY IN VICTORIAS CITY, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. March 21 of every year is hereby declared a special nonworking holiday in Victorias City, Province of Negros Occidental, to commemorate the day it was converted into a component city.
Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
