Summary of Republic Act No. 8779Establishment of a National High School
- A national high school shall be established in Barangay San Luis, Municipality of Malitbog, Province of Bukidnon. (Section 1)
- The high school shall be known as the San Luis National High School. (Section 1)
Implementation and Funding
- The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act. (Section 2)
- The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. (Section 3)
Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect upon its approval. (Section 4)

AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY SAN LUIS, MUNICIPALITY OF MALITBOG, PROVINCE OF BUKIDNON TO BE KNOWN AS THE SAN LUIS NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established a national high school in Barangay San Luis, Municipality of Malitbog, Province of Bukidnon, to be known as the San Luis National High School.
Section 2. The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.
Section 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
Section 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
