- A ten-bed municipal hospital shall be established in the Municipality of Rosario, Province of Batangas. (Section 1)
- The hospital shall be known as the "Mahal na Virgen Maria Sto. Rosario Municipal Hospital". (Section 1)
- The hospital shall be under the direct supervision of the Director of Medical Services of the Department of Health. (Section 1)
Funding and Appropriations
- The funds necessary to establish the hospital shall be charged against the appropriations authorized for the purpose under the Fiscal Year 1989 General Appropriations Act. (Section 2)
- Funds for the operation and maintenance of the hospital shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 2)
Assurance of Personnel and Funds
- Before the construction of the hospital, the Secretary of Health shall issue a written assurance that personnel will be appointed and funds for maintenance and operation have been appropriated. (Section 3)
Effectivity
- The Act shall take effect upon its approval. (Section 4)

AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TEN-BED MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ROSARIO, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS, TO BE KNOWN AS THE MAHAL NA VIRGEN MARIA STO. ROSARIO MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled::
Section 1. There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Director of Medical Services of the Department of Health, a ten-bed municipal hospital in the Municipality of Rosario, Province of Batangas, to be known as the Mahal na Virgen Maria Sto. Rosario Municipal Hospital.
Section 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be charged against the appropriations authorized for the purpose under the Fiscal Year 1989 General Appropriations Act. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for the operation and maintenance of the herein hospital shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act....
